この度は「❒³LE：最低限のシェルター空間」国際コンペにご参加いただきました皆様、ありがとうございました。下記、最終審査会の審査結果を
Thank you for your participation in the “❒³LE: Minimal Shelter Space” international competition.
本コンペは500件以上、53ヶ国・地域からご登録いただき、さらに1次審査には運営の想像を超える大変素晴らしいご提案を115作品もいただきました。そして厳正な審査の結果、2021年12月19日（日）に最終審査会に進む8つの提案を選出させていただいたことを発表させていただきました。
This competition has received over 500 registrations from 53 countries/regions and received 115 submissions for the first stage, full of variety and wonderful ideas with heart. And after careful review and discussions, we have announced on December 19, 2021, the 8 submissions advancing to the final jury session on January 22nd, 2022.
最終審査会が行われる1週間前の2022年1月15日より、仙台フォーラス7階「even」内にて実作された最終審査会に進んだ8つの提案が開始されました。この他に会場には佳作4点と20選のパネル、全115の提案が見られる提案集、いくつかの自治体で採用されているテント型間仕切りを展示しておりました。
The 8 finalist projects were built and exhibited along with the panels of 4 honorable mentioned, and selected 20 projects, project book consisting of all 115 submitted proposals, and the tent type partition wall used by few emergency shelters in Japan. This competition exhibition started from January 15, 2022, one week before the final jury.
最終審査会前日までの約１週間の展示期間は一般投票期間と設定され、会場にお越しいただいた皆様に対してお一人1票、投票いただきました。一般投票の結果、最も票を受けたのは、ID番号31005の「ふだん木のまち」（畠和宏、小林弘樹、田中智、河田達希）でした。
The public voting where each exhibition visitor could submit one vote for their favorite proposal was setup for the first week of the exhibition until the day before the final jury. The winner of the public vote was the proposal "fudan-gi-no-machi" by Kazuhiro Hata, Hiroki Kobayashi, Satoshi Tanaka, and Tatsuki Kawada.
最終審査会では様々な経験と視点から審査いただけるよう、建築家や、社会福祉協議会、自社で段ボールベッドも制作されている梱包資材会社、大学の研究者といった方々を審査員として迎え入れました。各組には最大10分間、約5分間のプレゼンテーションと5分間の質疑の時間が設けられ、短い時間の中で様々な意見が交わされました。
For the final jury, we were fortunate to have a wide range of experts, architect, social welfare council member, packaging company who have also made and delivered their own cardboard beds, and researchers whom have diverse experience and perspective on this issue as the judge. Each finalist were given 10 minutes, 5 minutes for presentation and 5 more for questions and answers. During those short period, several key discussions was exchanged.
各審査員は上位3位までを選び、1位に3点、2位に2点、3位に1点と配点し、一般投票でも一人の審査員として同様の配点がされました。優勝者をはじめとする優秀賞、入賞者はその総合得点で決めさせていただいております。

1次審査について
1st Stage Judging criteria
1次審査は本コンペの趣旨に添い、以下の項目に着目して行われました。
1．製作における現実性（製作に関わる業者数を含む）
2．材料の確保と加工性
3．組み立てやすさ（組み立て時間）
4．四季を通した快適性（床があるなど）
5．展開性（例：単体での活用の他、組み合わせて使えるなど）
6．安全性（余震による落下物等から守られるか
7．部品、材料の数と複雑性
8．重量
9．普段時の活用、再利用性、リサイクル性
10．耐候性
11．美観と多様性
12．収納性
13．流通ロジスティックス
14．避難フェーズに合わせた展開性
15．組み立て時と使用時におけるコミュニケーション力
Judging for the 1st stage focused on the following criteria.
2. possibility to source local materials and skills for production,
3. ease of assembly (e.g. assembly time),
4. comfort during all seasons (e.g. availability of floor for winter),
5. flexibility of configuration and use (roof, to allow independent use from overall shelter)
6. safety (during frequent aftershocks, protection against falling elements),
7. number of parts and different materials, complexity,
8. overall weight,
9. intermediate use (in non-disaster times), reusability, recyclability
10. longevity under different climatic conditions,
11. aesthetics and variability,
12. storage,
13. distribution system and logistic considerations,
14. possibility of gradual, phased assembly,
15. facilitation of communication and collaboration during assembly and use."
最終審査会について
Final jury session
2022年1月22日（土）13時より仙台フォーラス7階、ギャラリー「EVEN」にて開催いたします。最終審査に進まれた案にはそれぞれ5分間、発表していただき、質疑を経て、審査員による投票で各入賞者を選定いたします。
The final jury session will be held on January 22nd, 2022 from 1 pm (Japan Standard Time) at Sendai Forus 7th floor, gallery “EVEN”. Each proposal will have 5 minutes for presenting their ideas to the jury followed by the Q&A session. After all the proposals are presented, the Jury will vote to select the winners.
最終選考会に進まれた皆さま、そして佳作に選ばれました皆さま、おめでとうございます。世界中から心温まる数多くのご提案に大変感激しております。
日本に居られる皆さまには是非、仙台まで足を運んで頂き、パネルの展示、最終に進んだ案の実作を見ていただければ幸いに存じます。会場にお越しいただくのが難しい皆さまはオンラインにて最終審査会にご参加頂ければ幸いです。皆さまと避難所の極限な環境について有意義な意見交換が出来ることを楽しみにしております。
Congratulations to all the finalists and honorable mentioned. We are deeply moved by many heartfelt ideas we received from all over the world. For those in Japan, we hope you will join us for the final jury session, and see the exhibition panels and actually built ideas. And for many who can only join online, we hope to see you there to have a fruitful discussion and exchange of ideas on this issue of the spatial condition under extreme evacuation situations.
